    Chris is a great realtor! He came recommended to us from some friends and we were very happy to work with him as first time buyers. During the process, Chris was always available and never pushy. He gave us ample explanation of each part of the home buying process and was happy to answer all our questions, even the dumb ones! Chris was patient when we saw houses we didn't like or were indecisive about. He never pushed an opinion on us but was always sure to point out the easy to miss details in a house. For example, when I went into a finished basement that I thought was great, he showed me how to check for water damage and pointed out drainage issues that I would have never seen. We looked during an extremely tight market and anytime a house went on the market, he got us an appointment immediately. He was flexible with our work schedules and made sure we saw every house that worked for us. After we found the house we wanted, he gave us helpful lists of contacts for home inspectors, real estate lawyers, and all the other professionals we needed. He stayed in touch with us regularly through closing and helped us negotiate concessions for issues discovered during the inspection. I would highly recommend Chris!

    Chris was Awesome! We looked at over 20 houses with him. We were waiting for the perfect house for us and we finally found it! Chris is very patient and knowledgeable about all the things you need to know when buying a house. He noticed many things that we would not have known to look for. We were so glad we picked him as our agent. We would definitely recommend him ten times over! 10/10.

What set Chris far apart from my expectations was his genuine care for us to find a home that fit our needs and would be a home to last us a long time.
