    We have worked with Chris on two occasions: buying and selling our house! He and his wife, Sam, are very knowledgeable and on top of everything. Both buying (14 years ago!) and selling (yesterday) went smoothly and we are so appreciative of that. We would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home!
