    The sale of the house was very easy and smooth. I started talking about listing almost a year before actually putting the house on the market and got advice about what efforts I was making that would be worthwhile and what to leave for the next owner. I was very happy to get 3 offers on the first day - 2 from potential home owners and one from an investor. My goal was to sell to a home owner and I was able to achieve that while getting the price I wanted.

    Chris Culihan is incredible. As a first time homebuyer I wasn't sure about what questions I needed to ask or the specific things I should look for in each house.
