Chris helped us find our forever home in Ballston Lake, NY. We had a pretty long list of must haves and he met them all. We wanted a house that was located near family, good schools, move-in-ready, on a larger lot of land, close to biking trails, and large enough for our family and a guest room. We also needed a house where both parents could work from home, and had the option for a first floor in-law suite in case we need it down the road. We moved from Maryland, and Chris was very patient setting up several listings to see over a few visits. He also set up several virtual FaceTime tours to see properties in between visits. Chris helped us make sure the house we bought was the right fit for our family. He guided us away from houses that showed well, but didn't meet our needs (like kids bedrooms that were too small to fit anything but a bed in them). Chris helped us negotiate on a few offers before we secured our dream home. He guided us through an insanely competitive market, and encouraged us not to go beyond what he thought a house was worth financially. In the end, we bought a house that was not listed on the market. Chris helped us negotiate the price of our dream home down significantly from the potential list price. Chris also did our final walk through for us since we were not local. He also supervised a carpet cleaning crew before we moved into the house. Chris has been a huge help recommending local contractors.

Chris and Samantha were on top of everything from day one until after we closed. This is the third house we have listed and sold with Chris and each time he has taken great care of us. We also just bought our second home with Chris and Samantha and once again they went above and beyond. Chris has pretty much watched our girls grow up and has helped us meet our different needs each time we call and ask him to represent us.

Chris was responsive to all inquiries, provided insight and helped facilitate all aspects of our home sale from listing to closing. Made himself available to accommodate inspections and repairs while we were out of town to insure closing remained on schedule. Highly recommend Chris and Samantha.
