This is the 4th home we have listed and sold with Chris and Samantha Culihan and the 3rd purchase so I think that sums up how great a team they are. We met Chris about 12 years ago after having a not so great experience with some other realtors. He was honest, hard working and dedicated through each and every sell and purchase. Listened to our wants and needs and executed each time. He went above and beyond the call of duty which is why we've come back each time.
