    Samantha and Christopher Culihan helped me sell my home. They are a team acting and performing in a professional manner. I found Samanatha and Christopher to be very thorough, clear, and double checking each criteria in the real estate process. They worked very hard to prepare a nice write up, get a first class photographer, and get my home listed. We had one open house on a Saturday and had two written offers in hand on Monday. The help and assistance continued through the offer process and the ensuing weeks leading up to buyer bank approval. We closed without issue. My family is very happy with the real estate services offered and delivered by Samantha and Christopher Culihan. Thank you.

    Chris and Samantha were on top of everything from day one until after we closed. We've been working with them for over a year and they've been determined from the start to help us find our first home. Not once did they hesitate to show us a home even if we thought it might not be the right fit. Due to outside-the-box thinking by Chris and Samantha we were able to NEGOTIATE a great deal.
