I don't live in New York anymore and was selling the property remotely, and the Culihans made the entire process as painless and efficient as possible.     The sale of the house was very easy and smooth. I started talking about listing almost a year before actually putting the house on the market and got advice about what efforts I was making that would be worthwhile and what to leave for the next owner. I was very happy to get 3 offers on the first day - 2 from potential home owners and one from an investor. My goal was to sell to a home owner and I was able to achieve that while getting the price I wanted.
